Opened in 1997, it was for many years the destination for convention business in the area. Let’s begin with the obvious viewpoint for meetings in Atlantic City: the 500,000-sf, 30+-acre Atlantic City Convention Center. The dark stuffiness of the casino experience - where there are no windows or clocks - makes it easy for planners to forget two of Atlantic City’s most persistent realities: its abundance of waterways, and its myriad venues for offering spectacular views thereof. ![]()
